Before the Muscle Sakai/Yoshiaki Yago match, Sakai was shown backstage and Norikazu Fujioka was taking pictures of him. Sakai told Fujioka that today he should be his ally and help him beat Yago. During the match, Fujioka tried to help Sakai, but it didn't go that well and Yago was able to defeat Sakai. After the match, Sakai tells Fujioka to give him his new SUPER SAKAI title which he gives Sakai.

 

During the Michael Nakazawara/Tomomitsu Matsunaga match, Nakazawara's pants where pulled down and he was lest in a thong. Nakazawa also tried to used GENTARO's Sweet Chin Music on Matsunaga, but Matsunaga moved and Nakazawara accidentally hit GENTARO with it. Nakazawara then tried to tell apologize to GENTARO, but GENTARO slapped him and Matsunaga then hit the Tommy Bomber on Nakazawara. After the match, Matsunaga tried to ally himself with GENTARO, but GENTARO refused to be his ally and Nakazawara told GENTARO that the fans want to see them team with each other, but GENTARO punched him.

 

During the Three Way Match, Masa Takanashi attacked the referee with the DDT Extreme Title and then gave it to Danshoku Dieno and Dieno started celebrating thinking he had won, but Takanashi tells the referee that Dieno had attacked her with the title and she believes him and gives Takanashi the win by DQ. After the match, Takanashi was going to announce the name of his Hanran-gun group, but Muscle Sakai's music hit and Sakai came out and challenged Takanashi for the DDT Extreme Title on 5/6 at Tokyo Korakuen Hall, but Takanashi gives Sakai a DDT. Takanashi then goes on to announce the name of his Hanran-gun group, but Yoshiaki Yago's music hits and he comes out and gives Takanashi a Fisherman Buster. Yago then tells Dieno to win himself a title, so that on 5/6 they can have a Four Way Match for four belts, as Takanashi will be defending his DDT Extreme Title, Sakai will be defending his SUPER SAKAI Title and Yago will be defending his KING OF SAKAI Title.

 

After the Metal Vampire/Kota Ibushi, Antonio Honda & Daichi Kakimoto match, Yukinori Matsui told Honda that Metal Vampire is tired of beating him and they are going to move on to other things. Matsui then invites Ibushi & Kakimoto to join Metal Vampire, but they refuse to join them and Touru Owashi chokes Ibushi over the top rope with the chain.

 

After the attack by Metal Vampire on Kota Ibushi, he was taken to the back, where a doctor comes in to check on him, but instead the doctor covers him and pins to become the new Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion. The doctor then reveals himself and it was Danshoku Dieno.

 

Sanshiro Takagi thanked everyone in the DDT 11th Anniversary Memorial Eight Man Tag Team Match, as he said they've all been important in the 11 year development of DDT. Tomohiko Hashimoto replied by telling Takagi that he wants to participate more frequently now for DDT and with the others brands, like Hard Hit & Muscle. Hashimoto also replied by saying that the older DDT guys should be respected, as they built DDT and that DDT used to carry a different atmosphere than it does now and that the current guys on the roster can't build up that atmosphere.

 

After the HARASHIMA/Yasu Urano match, HARASHIMA tried to shake Urano's hand, but Urano gave him a low blow. Metal Vampire then came out and attacked HARASHIMA leaving him bloodied up. The DDT Sekigun then ran out to make the save.
